PROGRAM:
How does the Gas/Grocery Promo work?
Step 1:
Recipient of the gas and grocery certificate mails it into
the fulfillment center or registers online along
with a $35.00 refundable registration assistance
fee. (The $35 registration assistance fee will
be fully refunded in the final month of
redemption, with a $60 gas card instead of a $25 gas card.)
Step 2:
Once registered a gasoline brand selection form
along with a brief survey of gasoline buying
habits is sent out via US mail. Within 6 weeks
of receiving this information monthly redemption
vouchers will be mailed. (Or you may go online
and print them immediately after payment)
Step 3:
To redeem vouchers, a minimum monthly purchase
of $100.00 in gasoline and $300 proceries at the preselected gas
and grocery brand must be made. Each month, both the
original gas and grocery receipts and a redemption voucher
must be mailed to the fulfillment center. Upon
receiving the original gas and grocery receipts and monthly
redemption voucher, a $25 gas gift card will be
mailed. This gift card can be used at any gas
and grocery location of the same preselected brand.
Continue to mail redemption tickets and original
receipts monthly until the value on the
certificate has been reached.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free gas and grocery
available right away?
Once the certificate is registered the gas and
grocery is awarded monthly in the form of a $25
gift card.
What if $100/$300 is not spent in a month?
That month is forfeited but the balance of the
program remains intact.
Does the $100/$300 all have to be in gas
and grocery
...or can purchases inside the store count
towards it too?
The $100/$300 spending requirement pertains to
fuel only. In store purchases do not qualify.
You may however use your Gift card for both
in-store purchases and fuel.
Can the $25 card be used on items besides
gas?
The gas and grocery cards are the same gift cards that are
sold at major retailers, individual terms
apply.
Why does a specific brand of gas need to be
selected?
In order to provide this program, we need to
know in advance the brand of gas used in order
to provide the gift card for the particular
brand of gas selected. In some cases, if a gift
card is not available for a selected brand, a
major brand credit gift card (Visa, MasterCard,
Amex) will be substituted.
Is it loyalty to any gas station brand or
just the specific ones listed?
All of the major nationwide gasoline brands are
listed and included in the program.
Is there a toll-free number for customer
service?
A Personal Redemption Agent with a toll-free
access number is assigned with the first $25 gas
card.
